Welcome to Vubo (the “Service”). The following Terms of Service apply when you access or use our SaaS video generation platform located at: https://vubo.wordifysites.com. Please review these terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Please refer to Vubo's Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Authentication; Rules for User Conduct and Use of the Service

To access the Service, users are required to log in through Google Authentication. By doing so, you authorize Vubo to access specific account details necessary to provide our services, such as your email address and User ID. This information is used to authenticate your identity and link your usage of the Service.

You agree to keep your Google account secure and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access. Vubo will not be responsible for any liabilities, losses, or damages arising from unauthorized access to your Google account.

2. Use Restrictions

Your permission to use the Service is conditioned upon the following Use and Conduct Restrictions. You agree that you will not under any circumstances:

  • Post abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or objectionable content;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities;
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group;
  • Access another user’s Google account without permission;
  • Provide false information during Google Authentication;
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service;
  • Make any automated use of the Service that imposes a disproportionately large load on our servers or network infrastructure;
  • Bypass any access restrictions or use any software, technology, or device to scrape, spider, or crawl the Service, or harvest or manipulate data;
  • Publish or link to malicious content intended to disrupt another user’s experience.

3. User Content and Conduct Restrictions

Upon logging in via Google Authentication, you may upload or generate video content (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload, link to, or otherwise make available on the Service. Vubo acts as a passive conduit for the distribution of your User Content but reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.

The following rules apply to User Content. By submitting User Content while using the Service, you agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for all activity related to your account and User Content.
  • You will not post false or malicious information.
  • You will not submit content subject to third-party rights unless authorized to do so.
  • Vubo reserves the right to determine if your User Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Service, and may remove content or restrict access without prior notice.

You understand that any liability, loss, or damage resulting from your use of User Content on the Service is solely your responsibility. Vubo is not responsible for any misuse of your User Content and does not pre-screen or monitor all content, though it reserves the right to do so.

4. Online Content Disclaimer

Opinions, advice, statements, or other information made available by third-party authors are solely their responsibility. Vubo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of information on the Service and is not liable for reliance on third-party information or content. Vubo reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Service.

5. Links to Third-Party Sites and Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or content, provided as a convenience. Vubo does not control or endorse these Third-Party Sites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or other policies. You access third-party links at your own risk, and Vubo’s terms and policies no longer govern once you leave our site.

6. Copyright Complaints and Agent

(a) Termination of Repeat Infringer Accounts: Vubo respects intellectual property rights and requests that users do the same. Vubo may restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe third-party copyrights.

(b) Take-Down Notices: If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our copyright agent at hello@vubo.wordifysites.com, including the following information:

  • Date of notification
  • Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or agent
  • Description of the copyrighted work and its location on the Service
  • Contact information
  • A statement of good faith belief that the content is unauthorized
  • A statement affirming the notice’s accuracy, under penalty of perjury

(c) Counter-Notices: If you believe your removed content was not infringing, you may send a counter-notice to our copyright agent with your contact information, a description of the content, and a statement of good faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

7. License Grant

By posting User Content, you grant Vubo a royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display the content in connection with the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service are owned by Vubo or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Notice Requirements

Emails or messages sent via the Service do not constitute legal notice to Vubo in situations where notice to the Company is required by law or contract.

10. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from Vubo in electronic form, agreeing that all notices, agreements, and communications satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is,” without any warranty. Vubo disclaims warranties related to the Service, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Vubo makes no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vubo, its affiliates, directors, employees, licensors, or partners shall not be liable for any loss of profits, use, data, or indirect damages arising from the Service, including User Content, Service availability, or other interactions. Certain jurisdictions may not allow such disclaimers.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with another user, you release Vubo from any claims, demands, or damages arising out of or connected to such disputes.

14. Amendments

Vubo may update these Terms of Service and will notify users of material changes. Your continued use of the Service indicates your agreement to the updated terms.

15. Refund Policy

Please test our free version before adding funds. Vubo does not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Disliking or no longer needing the service
  • Editing and downloading a video with no watermark
  • Dissatisfaction with the service features or processing speed
  • Inability to upload or download files due to internet issues

For any refund requests, please contact our support team at hello@vubo.wordifysites.com with the reason for your request and the date of the incident.

16. General Terms

If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. Vubo’s rights under this Agreement survive termination. Disputes must be filed within one year of the cause of action.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Vubo may assign or delegate this Agreement without your consent.

You acknowledge that these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy represent the entire agreement between you and Vubo.
